Discovery (TNA)
The learning journey begins with a Situation Analysis Phase, conducted upon project award. During this phase, our Learning Experience Design Team, in collaboration with the L&D Manager, works to deeply understand the organization’s current situation. The aim is to clearly identify the exact pain points and performance gaps (i.e., the difference between the current state and desired outcomes) that the program should address.
This phase includes the following key tasks:
- On-site meeting with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Senior Designer
- Stakeholder interviews to gather insights and align on objectives
- Developing a clear understanding of the current state is crucial for customizing the learning journey. This enables us to align the program's design with the organization's unique business challenges and strategic needs.
Customization areas may include:
- Program structure and flow, Training material and content, tools and technologies used, case studies and scenarios, practical applications
This tailored approach ensures that the learning experience is relevant, impactful, and aligned with measurable business outcomes.
