Professional Service – Proserv Company is now hiring IT Helpdesk with the below requirements,
- Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end users’ satisfaction
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk.
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images, and software and Assign users to proper groups in Active Directory.
- Maintain inventory of all IT equipment Hardware- software. Report the Missing items and take the necessary procedures to purchase the missing items.
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Follow up with users to ensure the issue has been resolved.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Install maintain and configure network devices
- Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
Requirements:
- BA in IT, Computer Science, or similar relevant field
- 1+ years experience as an IT Help Desk with exposure to IT infrastructure, monitoring systems, and service desk applications.
- Have exposure to CCNA and MCSA topics, preferably certified
- Excellent command of English language, verbally and in writing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organisational & Time Management Skills
