In 2010, the company was founded as (Professional Service – PROSERV) by Dr. Ahmed El-Faramawy , as the first business consultancy in Egypt specialized in providing personnel services and HR solutions to corporates such as social insurance and labor law, and dealing with all governmental bodies.
